The facts about Japan (Japanese: 日本 Nippon / Nihon, official name: 日本国 Nipponkoku / Nihonkoku listen) is an island nation in East Asia. It is on the western end of the Pacific Ocean, to the east of the Sea of ​​Japan, and neighboring People's Republic of China, Korea, and Russia.
